Q: What amenities does Clearview Cottage, LLC offer?
A: Clearview Cottage, LLC offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, a cozy bedroom, and a private outdoor patio area. We also provide you with linens and towels, as well as access to a washer and dryer. Starlink (reliable) internet is provided free of charge. Four premium (very comfortable) kayaks, lifejackets, water toys, and beach chairs are provided for use during your stay.
Q: Can I bring my pet to Clearview Cottage, LLC?
A: One dog may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the owner prior to booking to discuss your pet and see if it meets our specifications. The pet fee is $50 per night.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
A $180 cleaning fee is added to all reservations. The tax rate is 9.5%.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
